 ऑर्डर में देरी को लेकर स्विगी डिलीवरी बॉय ने ग्रेटर नोएडा में रेस्तरां मालिक की हत्या कर दी

ग्रेटर नोएडा में एक ऑनलाइन फूड डिलीवरी रेस्तरां के मालिक की बुधवार को एक स्विगी डिलीवरी बॉय ने एक ऑर्डर में देरी को लेकर विवाद के कारण कथित तौर पर गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। पुलिस फरार आरोपित की तलाश कर रही है।

मृतक की पहचान सुनील के रूप में हुई है, जो ग्रेटर नोएडा की मित्रा सोसाइटी में जम ज़म फूड डिलीवरी रेस्तरां चलाता था। पुलिस के मुताबिक बुधवार को दोपहर 12 बजकर 15 मिनट पर एक स्विगी डिलीवरी बॉय रेस्टोरेंट में चिकन बिरयानी और पूरी सब्जी का ऑर्डर लेने आया था.

जहां उन्हें तुरंत चिकन बिरयानी का ऑर्डर दिया गया, वहीं नारायण नाम के रेस्टोरेंट के एक कर्मचारी ने डिलीवरी बॉय से कहा कि दूसरे ऑर्डर में कुछ समय लगेगा. प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक, इस बात पर डिलीवरी बॉय भड़क गया और मजदूर से झगड़ा करने लगा।

सुनील ने दोनों के बीच बीच-बचाव किया तो आरोपी ने उसके सिर पर गोली मार दी। सुनील को याथर्थ अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया गया।

पुलिस के अनुसार प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि आरोपी शराब के नशे में था। उसके साथ एक अन्य व्यक्ति भी था जिसने रेस्तरां मालिक की हत्या में मदद की थी।

पुलिस घटनास्थल के पास लगे सीसीटीवी के फुटेज की मदद से डिलीवरी बॉय की तलाश कर रही है. पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी को जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।

The owner of an online food delivery restaurant in Greater Noida was allegedly shot dead by a Swiggy delivery boy on Wednesday due to a dispute over delay in an order. The police are looking for the accused who is absconding.

The deceased has been identified as Sunil, who used to run Zam Zam food delivery restaurant in Greater Noida's Mitra Society. According to the police, a Swiggy delivery boy came to the restaurant at 12.15 am on Wednesday to collect an order of chicken biryani and puri sabzi.

While the order of chicken biryani was handed over to him immediately, a worker at the restaurant named Narayan told the delivery boy that the second order would take some time. According to eyewitnesses, the delivery boy got infuriated over this and started quarreling with the worker.

When Sunil intervened between the duo, the accused shot at his head. Sunil was taken to Yatharth Hospital where he was declared brought dead.

According to the police, the eyewitnesses said the accused was under the influence of alcohol. He was accompanied by another man who helped in the killing of the restaurant owner.

The police are searching for the delivery boy with the help of footage from CCTV installed near the spot. The accused would be arrested soon, the police said.
